I believe I had stated that I expected Adam to win BB9.  What surprised me a bit was the fact that Joshua was  the only one to vote for  Ryan.   I thought he might get more than just one vote but we will never know what all was said in the jury house, they seemed to not be surprised at all with the final vote.

My biggest beef with the final show?  TIME.

I was doing my usual live recap as I watched the show, typing furiously and all I could think was that there was just too much information to impart in 60 minutes.

They could have easily taken 90 or 120 minutes to finish out the season - I think there have been other seasons when I wanted the finale to just get over but this time I wanted to hear some of the people that were out before the jury was formed make some comments besides Alison and Jen’s little comments.

Alex is dating Daniele from BB8- that alone could have been touched on.

My guess is that those HGs might have been a bit too bitter about their situation - being voted out as part of a couple so the producers decided not to even give them a chance to voice their opinions.

All in all it was a season that had the potential to be so much more.

I wonder if Adam will really donate 100k to the organization that completely distanced itself from him after the first week of the season.  A few fences to mend there I’d say.

Congratulations though to both guys - and James for winning the $25,000 juror’s prize.

Julie teased that Season 10 would begin on July 13th - that is 11 weeks away - 77 days.

I need some serious rest!!!

My money is on Baller, why?  Pretty simple.

Way back when, when Ryan, Natalie, Matt, and Sheila were all still in the house, and when there were plans a plenty being hatched - guess who was the one no one in that group trusted?  Yup - Baller.  They kept him out of the loop until the last minute because they thought he would blab.

How does that work in his favor now?

He was the least disliked of that group by Chelsia, Sharon, Joshua and James - or at least by most of them.  Combine that with Sheila voting for him to win and in my opinion Adam pulls down at least 4 votes fot the win on Sunday.

The jury questioning is at 12am Friday (Late Thursday night) - I expect to have a better feel of the way things will go once that is over and we get to listen to the “bromance” discuss how they felt things went.

I went to bed at  1am Eastern time Monday night.  Still sort of miffed that we were not being allowed to see the feeds.

The feeds came back on at about 10:05pm - and indeed the endurance competition was over.  Ryan won the competition with Sheila (yes she stayed) dropping out first and then Adam.

This afternoon Sheila and Adam competed in Part 2 of the HoH competition and Adam beat her.

Adam and Ryan will now face off against each other on Wednesday for the final HoH in what is usually a ‘quiz.’  Most people think Adam is a lock for the final two now and Ryan most likely is as well, however Adam was overheard today telling Sheila he would take her to the end.

It looks like we are stuck without the feeds for a while.  We started to get the feeling Sunday that the live feeds might be blocked while they taped Tuesday’s Eviction show on Monday.  Somewhere some CBS exec or Big Brother producer appears to have forgotten the outrage that blocking the live feeds causeed during Big Brother 6.

In that case they were blocked for several days in order to apparently keep us from knowing who was voted out of the house until the next show aired.

While the fat cats at the studio may think that this tactic increases viewership what it really does in my opinion is alienate the Big Brother loyal fan base.  And let me tell you - we put up with A LOT from the producers for our loyalty.

But I guess that isn’t why I started this post.  I wanteds to talk about Adam and Ryan briefly. 

Right before the feeds were cut, Adam seemed to convince Ryan to let him vote out Sharon instead of Sheila.  Ryan appeared to go for the idea and s chances are as I write this Sharon is sitting outside of the Big Brother house and Sheila, Adam and Ryan are participating in Part One of thr Final HoH competiion. 

Unfotunatly, we are not being allowed to watch the action.  Having been through this before allow me to say don’t blame real.com - they are most likely just as mad as we are, because they are  losing potential clients who would have signed up for the live feeds to see this competition and now won’t be able to.

It looks like the feeds may be blocked until after Wednesday night’s show - why would they want to turn them back on before they get to reveal the winner of Part One?  Unless they condense the competition into one hour uesday night, but that would spoil the cliffhanger aspect of the competiton so nevermind (can you tell I am thinking this through as I write?).

I’ll check in Tuesday but please understand if I am grumpy, after what I consider a pretty lack luster season we are getting the shaft this week.  

I am upgrading to the latest version of the blogging software I use. Shouldn’t be too painful!
